What is your property really worth? Typically, what we do is try to determine a range in "Fair Market Value." We look at the current real estate activity in your area or subdivision... what's for sale now, properties that are under contract, and those that have sold in the last six months or so. We analyze this information in comparison to your home, make adjustments and come up with a range in value for your property. Of course, we always want to sell at the top of that price range, but ultimately, any property is only worth what you can sell it for.
